Never leave your desk again to send a fax message or e-mail document. fax@vantage® allows employees to send documents or faxes from any workstation - even while they are still on the phone with the receiving party. Faxing works just like the print option in TAM®. Special hardware and exclusive software is added to create a network fax server that gives the entire network full integration with DORIS, TAM and Vision®.

Once your fax/e-mail is queued, you can go on to other work. The fax@vantage server will inform you if the transmission was successful, queued, or if faxes/emails have been received by on-screen message or by printed status report. If the server is down for repair or updating, your submissions will resume when the server is back on-line, providing totally uninterrupted bundled and broadcast faxes, as well as email transmissions for the majority of your electronic correspondence demands.

The Agency Manager automatically creates an activity record for your fax@vantage transmissions in the client file. This integrated functionality is one way of lowering your E&O exposure.
