Together, Applied Systems and carriers develop many tools designed to help our partner agents achieve their desired goals. We often deploy our solutions thinking agents will rapidly adopt them into their workflows and routines. However, we have learned that in order for any new tools or interfaces to add value to agencies, the agency needs to first know how they will help the agency meet their goals and objectives. And second, the agency needs to carefully adapt the new tools and interfaces into their desired workflows.
The "Developing Effective Agency Habits" help agencies identify their goals, and provides them with a framework for successfully adapting the tools into their workflows. Within this framework, agencies learn how to identify and overcome the "Speed Bumps" and "Road Blocks" caused by introducing new tools into existing workflows. It is during this time that Applied Systems and carriers become vital partners by helping our agencies smooth out the Speed Bumps and eliminate the Road Blocks created by our new tools.
