Client Servicing Personal Lines (US)

This track provides personal lines servicing staff members with the core knowledge required to use Applied Epic as part of everyday activities. This track is applicable to agencies in the United States as it uses standard ACORD forms throughout and workflows appropriate for the US market.

It is recommended that you review the General Foundation Courses before taking any courses that apply to your particular position. At minimum, each individual should take ESG100 Home Base, ESG200 Activities, ESG300 Attachments, and ESG500 Accounts and Contacts. If your organization utilizes myEpic, ESG400 myEpic Servicing is also recommended.

Applied University recommends that all courses be taken live, where available, allowing you to interact in the session and ask any questions you may have.

All courses are available as recorded sessions that can be taken at any time to accommodate your schedule. When taking a recorded course, please take notes and bring any questions to Office Hours where a live instructor will be available to answer your questions. Office Hours are held daily Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM CT, and from 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM CT.

All times listed in Applied University and on the training schedule are Central Time.
If a live course (excluding Office Hours) has no registrants 24 hours prior to the start of the session, registration will be closed.
